u are lucky people that you drive your truck on a very nice place,,, try to bring your truck here in saudi arabia and you can tell to your self, thnks god i bougth a scania truck... i am a scania technician hre in saudi arabia,,, and overheating is not a major problem hre, as long as you use the right anti boil coolant on your rediator... thre are some truckers come hre all the way from UK, or germany,,, but they only hve minor problems,, evn with the old 144 series scania... safe driving mate.

I drive so many years scania. From the 111 to the R. But sorry Scania, the R is a truck with many poblems. After the last one, one year old R420, I must say "never again a Scania!"
