no mod podge is water based.

the duck tape would stick longer and more firmly when you finish by using a hair dryer or something similar and blowing the tape 1-2 minutes even less if the air is very hot. This helps with anything when dealing with duck tape

What do u think if u seal it with mod podge? Do u think it would work?

i think it might be helpful if you cut the edges with a long edged one sided razor. Just a suggestion
