TRAUMA HOSPITAL ENTRY FAIL

Upon arriving at Oxford's prestigious John Radcliffe, for shoulder/arm fracture surgery, the ambulance guys were told we were at the wrong entrance. It took a hospital receptionist to get on the ambulance with us for to reach the Trauma unit. NOTE: THIS IS NOT NOT NOT A COMPLAINT, it could have happened to anyone. The service I received at the NHS throughout my pre and post surgery (a total of 11 days), was nothing short of pure excellence.
