I found Zappos randomly looking for shoes online. I did my traditional internet search to see if the random internet company I was planning on buying from was a sham. I was delighted to find out that they weren't and received my first shipment shortly thereafter. I'm a repeat customer and very impressed with this CEO and what they stand for. I have aspirations to become an entrepreneur and it's great to have these types of role models out there

Excellent CEO, excellent company. I wish ALL companies could be as customer focused and outstanding as Zappos! They 'wow' me often! :-)
