@futurerapture i'm pretty sure our founding fathers were NOT Christians - they were Deists. Jefferson, Franklin, Adams, Paine, Madison & Washington all believed that while the universe had a creator, that creator is not concerned with daily lives of humans, and does not directly communicate with humans, either by revelation or by sacred books. The founding fathers thought humans should use reason to think for themselves. And they believed in separation of church & state - democracy.

I'm pretty sure our founding fathers were christians and wrote the constitution based on their christian principals. Our government both left and right arent following these laws/process and look what direction they are taking us. The future of the U.S is headed for some tough times ahead.
