  • Bob, Today we have a tremendous amount of "Pillars" and very little linked, and closed loop, layers which I call "GAPS" which start with the educational institutions all the way up to the "White House!" Were great at addressing the pieces and appear to be incapable of quantifying the total "See, Hear, Feel, Taste, Smell!' impact.

  • A short, clear introduction to "systems thinking", This description starts with the process of problem-solving as a "problem to solve", builds a construct of layers and pillars, which then is used to solve problems. Circular. Neat.

  • This guy is good!
