( continuance ). I have given these bars of cereal for budgies to my lovebirds. They love those bars ( both, for lovebirds or for budgies ). When I put those bars inside the cage, the birds go to them immediatly.

It should be fine as long as the bars aren't the main source of food if it is considered a treat.
