Ingredients:

1 kg thick beef sausages
3 tbs vegetable oil
1 large brown onion, sliced
2 tbs curry powder
1 cup chicken stock
400g can diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup sultanas
Serve with rice

Why do people spoil good curry dishes by adding sultanas? Nothing worse than enjoying a good savoury dish and then biting into a sweet sultana, yuk! Otherwise this is a great dish, I would substitute the sultanas with a diced red capsicum. Thank again Nicko.
