You could definatly land thos on concrete. I can't even do them on flat yet. My first ever sideflip was on grass off a garage roof. Now I can do them on concrete of ledges about 2ft high. I still need to get them on flat. Anyways nice job man, keep it up (:

im 125 pounds, 4% body fat, have fastest track time in my school, most pushups done in my school, longest 6 inch leg hold in my school, and i cant freakin do dat. how do you do dat?

it's all about the technique search some tutorials on youtube ( search dogen's sideflip tutorial) But yea i myself struggle to do 10 pushups lol i way bout 55 - 60 kg's and am moderatly fast.. you just have to keep practicing
