@Mia6146 I read her book, and I felt all of her pain. I suffer as well but over the years I have found ways to help myself. It's a shame so many suffer alone. I love Ms. Hyman she was truly a DIVA. Mia6146 I pray for you to have better days.

This song always takes me back to the roller shating days when I was a teenager trying to keep up with my older brothers and sisters at the skating rink doing Soul disco sundays in my home town of Kinston NC. Cook outs and family functions. Phylllis was on the Arista label when she recorded this song written and produced by Jame Mtume of the group Mtume that wrote the song Juice fruit. We all remember Juice fruit right.

There was a time in our life when you heard something that "made you move" not just your body but your soul this is that song i stay young by living thruogh this misic so please don't forget that we had a good time wet clothes and ringing ears "it looks like day light gonna catch me up again" it was our time our joy our music keep it alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
