Very true to the spirit of the piece. Surprisingly captivating, for just two guys. I gave me ideas for an extended piece with solo organ ala Kieth Emerson. This piece could be made somewhat psychodelic.

Where did you find this tab?

I tried to add a reply with a link but it didn't work. It's easily found with a Google search though. The chords are easy enough and the riff is just a few notes on the D string with the open A string. a great song though.

why the higher key? it's hard enough to sing

I blame that on my mate James. He likes to play every song with a capo! It's too high for me already, which is why I had to try to drop an octave for the chorus and it doesn't sound quite right.

very good, guys - the rhythm needs to be more, well, rhythmic during the verses, if I may add a suggestion..but you guys are some of the best out there...
check out my video - "seymour jones" in the search, "right in the middle" is the song...sort of Monkee-esque, 1960's sound, but an original - feel free to give it a shot...peace.
Thanks guys!

Thanks for your feedback. It's early days for us so hopefully we'll be improving on the rhythm (and vocal harmony timing).
I like your song and you've got a good voice.
