@Citizen6935 I would avoid military or overhead press, bench press-incline press-decline press only with light weights (able to perform at least 20 reps without pain) and dumbells are preferred. Anything overhead or above shoulder level should be done with caution and avoided with heavy weight or sustained activity. Without more history that is my best recommendation. Hope this helps.
