Kim shows us how she removes every kernel from a cob of corn, a skill she learned as a child from her mother who would freeze the corn for use throughout the year. The cobs were boiled first, some of the husks (outer leaves) left on during cooking. All of the family's corn was grown in their home garden. City Farmer.
