Here is a top notch Yirdaki made by Milkay Mununggurr and David Howell. Milkay was one of the founders of Yothu Yindi in Australia representing Aboriginal music and culture. It s an honor for me to own such a rare and exquisite instrument.
My respect to Milkay Mununggurr (R.I.P.), and the Aboriginal people of Northern Australia.

I got this Yirdaki from Fred Tetjon -http://www.didjeridu.com/wicked sticks/frames.htm

Has some of the finest sticks I have seen in one collection. He carries much knowledge of the finest makers of these musical art pieces. Thank you Fred!

My thanks to ididjaustralia.com for further educating me with much great info of this brilliant instrument and of the traditional Australian aboriginal cultures.

Recommend the website ididj.com.au

  • beautiful setting buddy and nice looking stick too, it would probably have been made collaboratively by David Howell and Milkay though in my opinion.
