Haile Gebrselassie is perhaps the finest long distance runner the world has ever seen.
Not only has he twice won gold medals at the Olympics, he is also the world record holder for the marathon.
In this video he gives advice to those who are running the 2009 London Marathon on the 26th of April.
Haile is a mentor for the G4S 4Teen, fourteen young sportsmen and women who demonstrate the strong set of values required to develop and compete at the highest level.

Haile just announced his retirement!! My heart is aching!!! You are the best of the best Haile. I respect your decision but I just think it's a bit earlier than I would like it! You will still remain the King of long distance running for generations to come! Well done!
