spam tard:
frequency has very little to do with ear damage... and certainly not at 4k hertz, which is still easily within our hearing range and is actually a very comfortable pitch. what your looking for is decibels (i.e. loudness).
judging by your grammar I'm guessing that you're some 12 year old who has not yet experienced true living and is thus confined to trolling on the internet.
Terribly sorry, hope you manage to get a life soon!

Gradual NIHL is actually very common at 4 KHz as well as at 3 and 6 KHz. Its cause is directly linked with loud sounds (high dBs) that are rich in harmonics (like fuzz).

@metalcotc At least you spelled the phrase "a lot " correctly, instead of what most people do, combine and type "alot", its a pet peeve of mine, anyway, most of what makes a guitar player good, well, at least a huge portion good, is whats called tone, it was Paul McCartney, that played, if i remember correctly, all the instruments when this song was recorded, he used old equipment that does not exist anymore, its shitty guitar playing as far as guitar playing goes, but that wonderful tone he got

I wasn't going to post, but in good conscience I felt I had to say something. The fuzz you are using will damage your hearing in the frequency range of 4k hertz. It is called "noise induced" hearing loss. It's quite common, especially for dumb ass rock and roll guitar players with fuzz pedals and what not. A guitar sound, like the one wings used on this song, should crunch, not make noisy fuzz sound. Take my knowledge and understand it, or flame away. My conscience is clear now.

Yeah, make fun of hearing loss. Oh, you are a real smart guy. I bet you think its all fun and games when you see old ladies fall and break a hip. Maybe, you have been hit in the head with a hockey puck once to many times. You may as well take mind to stare at the sun next solar eclipse we get. Let me know how that works out for you, because then, you will be deaf, dumb and blind. Sorry, to be a mean ass here, but you rightly deserve being sarcastic about hearing loss instead of objective. Great.
