Finally after many requests I have made a short film for you to follow if youre low on inspiration or havent yet established a self practice. This sequence starts with a fluid version of Surya Namaskar and moves on to 2 fluid sequences which include lunges, dog splits, back bends, side plank and warrior II. This can be used as a prelude to the King Pigeon sequence. Enjoy!!
