Pretty impressive! She's pitch perfect. It's only surprising because she normally only sings slower songs. Very nice change :)

I have never pressed dislike before. I have never even thought it before in the same breath as the fabulous Alison Krauss.

She didn't nearly "make it her own", but she did a decent job. she's not an R&B singer, and does not have anything like heavy weight R&B vocal technique (like Cristina Aguilara, for example), but her vocal notes are beautifully pure and articulated. Her version does not suck like so many other denatured "country" versions of R&B tunes.....(think Conway Twitty)
