Why do people care? This is ridiculous, you sit there spouting religious teachings but you lack the basic fundamentals that God's word is suppose to instill in you. Kindness. Plain and simple telling people they aren't accepted goes against God's word. If you want to hurl insults and hide behind the bible while you do it, you are committing far greater sins than any homosexual.

@Claudette6562 What your bible says or what you think your God wants have nothing to do with the rights of American citizens. We live in a democracy, not a theocracy, and separation of church and state is one of the most important tenets of our constitution. I don't think the God you believe in appreciates the way you judge your peers or how you fill your heart with hatred.

I love Jesus Christ more than I will love any human and cause of that I love everyone equally no matter what and any "christian" who thinks otherwise is far more worried about the label rather than the love.

Our sins were paid for when Jesus died on the cross. If anyone has a problem with LGBT, ask them if they have ever thought lustful thoughts, cause sin is a sin and they'll shut up. Not cause of a "vindictive, blood thirsty, megalomaniac, bully" but because God loves relentlessly/ regardless.

I am a Christian and I am only commenting because I think it is sad that this entire comment section is dedicated to warring world views. What is said in this video is the truth-these are people and they do get hurt/abused/abandoned/murdered every hour of every day. When we encourage attitudes that fuel those actions and get on stupid internet sites and stir up conflict then we should expect no other reaction then disdain and disgust. We have to stop creating wars God never intended for us.

@oddtreenow2 I think though the fact that they also state that Homsexuality is viewed by the consensus as a normal variant in sexuality shows though that it is still not a bad thing. And if they are not sure heterosexuality is immutable either that should be put in the spot light too

@oddtreenow2 They said sexuality in general and how it is devloped is unknown, so some individuals can become hetero under unnatural causes as far as we know. not to mention, the APA also said homosexuality is not a choice nor a mental illness. so even if it can be manipulated, we shouldn't try to change homosexuals because its unhealthy and unnecessary to do so. It may not be the natural thing, according to you, but its perfectly fine to be one anyways, as said so by the APA
