well, rick flair is on the american side, and the bear is on the soviet side, they are both from this installment of the game, so that about the only thing that is has to do with it. but the main reason is cause its funny, and red alert has been known for these kind of cut scenes in the game, so they put this little skit together as somthing funny for the fans of both the WWE and C&C.
