  • Too much bend in the elbows on flys and not even completing reps. Probably the main reason why he bends so much on the flys is due to too much weight.

  • compared to me this guy isnt even an ecto

  • i dont like the idea of lack of rest between sets, especially for an ecto

  • More isn't always better and if you really like brutality, try using negative reps, they kill. Remember, it's mostly genetic. Give your body time to recover and train to failure.

  • well after 2 years in the gym sluging 4x10 training then trying 5x5 i finaly find out ectomorphs should be doing more like 3x8 training with full body routine 4 days a week with far less exercises than i was doing before and its made a big differnce.. and wtf is this anyway is this all one routine? he wants you to do this mon,wend and friday?

  • ive tried diett with proper macro nutriunt ratios increased calories where i started putting on fat while eating clean tryed all different spilits following training methods to the tee and u know i got stronger more fit but my arms are still the same size after 6 mounths of training im like wtf so it turns out im 40 years old and my testosterone levels are at 242 ng come to find out 98 percent of that is used for other bodliy functions no wunder i can eat my weight in food and not grow
