Done for Drawing in Motion, a graduate level class at SCAD! We rotoscoped from Muybridge photos, and were told to focus on how the affect that line quality and mark-making can have on animation.
It had to be 10 seconds long, and we were given 8 frames to work from and the choice of any medium we wanted to use. I decided to stick to the cycle and straight ahead it, letting the form become abstract, but still trying to maintain the essence of "dog". Sound was also a requirement - I figured I'd keep the audio pretty literal, since the visual gets so abstract.
Anyway, had a lot of fun with this one! I'm pretty happy with it. =)
