@ZOMGstephen It's the opening to Rockman Axess. Should be in the credits at the end of the vid. Unfortunately the only song from the series without a longer version.

Filler character as in, for any other characters not in already? Any chance though, of actually seeng the likes of Zero EXE from Transmission? (I mean, seriously, he has not appeared since, even though the game implied he could return.)

Filler as in he was put in the game first to test the engine before the EXE character sprites were done. Megaman and Proto I know are to be characters, and i think Roll is as well.
You'd have to check the site for the rest.
