  • Go Indians! I Can't believe they still cover the Indian mascot with a rug in the main hallway and intend to dig it out and put in a display case. Someone please tell me exactly what is a "Laker"???

  • What a great video! Thanks for all the memories. Proud to be a purple -and white- grad, and a Minneapolis high school hockey supportor of all of the Mpls programs. What a great show we all had. Great coaches, great players, great teachers, and parents and fans. Definitely,tears- in- our eyes to watch this video. Highly appropriate and well-done, to say the least/ Go- Indians-Lakers, Teddies, Cowboys, Millers,Tigers, Pats, Volts, Polars, Cowboys and Tommies and Teddiies!.

  • Thank you so much for posting this. I got tears in my eyes remembering the times with our 3 sons as they proudly played for the Purple & White! And our daughter who played on the women's club team at Southwest that Jan Stephenson and I worked to turn into the Minneapolis Women's NOVAS team. Southwest has a proud hockey heritage!
