the dresses in the pictures are designer dresses. they're making a replica of the dresses that's why it's so cheap. the real dresses are a lot more expensive.

I had the exact same experience. Never got my dress, was asked if it could be shipped late, and then when I asked for my order to be canceled they claimed they would refund the almost $400 spent to my father's Visa account... Well, long story short, he wasn't refunded, and found a number to call them. The company is NOT related to the UK (like they say on their website at all) they are from China, barely speak English (hence why the grammar in their comments is so horrific, and the emails don't

It probably didn't fit because you measured yourself wrong(the hip measurement is NOT the hipbone, it's the fullest part of your butt)but the rest in completely the company's fault. They should be more honest and better quality.
