@Foxontherun2 Im not a hundred percent on this but if you look at the video i think the cop got out of his vehicle because he thought the truck would stop and wanted to be ready to arrest the guy before he could run. Thats the only reason i could think of as to why he would have had his weapon drawn before stepping out in front of his vehicle.
