PAPAGINO Inc. exhibited a beautiful three-dimensional labyrinth toy called the Q-BA-MAZE at the 2008 Autumn Tokyo International Gift Show held at the Tokyo Big Sight.
This toy is a lot of fun for everyone from five year olds to adults and was made by an American architect by the name of Andrew. It has a very well thought out structure with a beautiful design for endless hours of enjoyment. Each piece is designed to rationally and geometrically fit with the next and pattern instructions are shown from a aerial and layered perspective making assembly easy. When you drop a marble into the completed object and it rolls in an unexpected direction, the marble will drop through to the bottom of the maze. The labyrinth is designed so that you can stop the marble from rolling for a moment, but it will most certainly start to roll again. Q-BA-Maze will be released sometime during 2008 for the enjoyment of numerous children and adults alike and will expand sales throughout Japan through well-known stores.
i saw those in a toy shop in northern california, they were even better up close.
