Plenty of protein can be found in nuts, chickpeas, numerous other wholefoods. It's absurd this whole lacking in protein myth. It's about knowledge and applying that knowledge to get the right amount of protein. Meat eaters get too much protein though, animal fats and very unhealthy leads to a clogging of their hearts. My veganism is for ethical reasons but I laugh at all the misinformation from meat eaters on health.

I went vegetarian for a very simple reason... TO IMPRESS CHICKS.

Apparently it works especially well on hyper-loquacious [devastatingly attractive] red heads. (Nudge nudge... wink wink.)
