During Christmas of '86, siblings David(13) and Nathan(11) Zellner went on a family trip to Universal Studios. They took part in a pre-Karaoke sort of thing where you first recorded vocals to your favorite hit single, then lip-sync'd the recording you just made while they videotaped you. David chose "Born in the USA" by Bruce Springsteen; his terrible singing was surpassed only by his abysmal lip-syncing abilities, making it awkward on multiple levels. Their band name was "The Burritos".

  • omg

  • Roflmao!!!

  • This, then, was the peak.

  • X-factor and American Idol mixed together :-)

  • This is a fucking abomination. Bruce Springsteen is one of the most respectable and hardworking composers of all time. Each one of his works is done with an enormous amount of time, energy, and effort. Usually I'd find videos like this slightly crude, but still funny. This one is just something that makes the world seem like a dreary and hopeless place filled with idiots who never should have gotten hold of a video camera.

  • holy fuck, this is soooo great. I have tears in my eyes. love it.

  • are they retarded

  • hahahaha yeaaaaa rock on

    AxL88 WUZ HERE

  • Just kill it; put it out of its misery. These two youngsters should not be doing this. They got gas from the burritos or something.

  • Do you think The Burritos play weddings?
