Pokemon Base Set shadowless info and more

just a better update on the base set shadowless booster box telling all 3 variants that are known as of now.if anyone has any questions of shadowless just comment or PM me about it.i'll help whatever i have known the past years of pokemon collecting.

and a mistake set where at the bottom were it says 1999 it says 1999-2000 like the jungle

@legendslugia251 exactly :). there will always be a chance but i was just saying the only way to 100% way to know is if it has no WOTC wrapping as only shadowless and 1st edition cards where ever put in those boxes. the left overs went into the new boxes that are now on the market. its a big bummer but its a surprise lol

@TheSmgQuest but when you have a WotC wrapping you still have the 33% chance of getting it shadowless,the ultra rare 3 1st edition at the end and the regular unlimited cards.but the regular unlimited cards will already have the transition of 11 additional cards than 11 tradeable game cards

@TheSmgQuest when they transitioned over from shadowless to unlimited they created the WOTC logo to prevent copy cats. this is why it is so hard to figure out if u have shadowless cards or not. its becuase WOTC re-used there packs and cards when they moved from set to set. So there is a pretty good chance if u have a shadowless pack it probably has unlimited cards in it and a equal likely chance you have shadowless cards in it. Ultra rare- 3 1st edition cards in with shadowless.

@TheSmgQuest Next, when they ended shadowless, they had tons and tons of boxes and packs left that all had the shadowless design on them. instead of destroying the packs and the boxes, they used them for the new unlmited or shadow cards they made, which means u can have a shadowless pack that says tradable but has unlimited cards. there is only one way to find out if your cards are shadowless and that is if u have a box that has no WOTC wrapping on it. those are 100% shadowless cards.

so i will explain this so everyone understands why there are different cards in the base set packs. there are 3 versions of base set, shadowless 1st edition, shadowless and unlimited. now the pack variations are all different becuase of when the cards came out. when they transitioned from 1st edition shadowless to shadowless they had extra cards left over. they decided to get rid of there inventory by sticking the remander cards in the new packs.
