@My4428U But we all know that when your bottle is empty, you are done while everyone else keeps on racing! The true proving ground is a drag strip where there is no traction issues. Thats where I prefer to race.

@arachknight1979 I have a small block in my camaro and I don't have any trouble with the big block 442. When he hits his 150 shot, thats different. I will get a chance to run my camaro against the 442 next month at a 1/8 mile track. He said I have to use street tires against him.

@Pharaohsmn If it's an Olds rear-end, it doesn't need C clip eliminators. The factory had a better setup. But you are right, a bridge wouldn't be my choice for a street race.

the rocket 350 was one of the best gm engines out there,I had a 70 cutlass with a rocket 350 (258,0792) miles on it when I pulled past an iroc z camaro,I must say this rocket v8 rocks,I dont know why in the hell gm pulled the plug on olds when it was so wonderful.

@arachknight1979 I respectfully disagree a stock 455 vs a 383 id say 383 by a bit... RPM can be a bitch in some big blocks.. But the 468 im guessing is a stroker also? If im correct then that's all the difference.
