Industrial sugar, white flour and industrial fat is the main reason of so called civilisation-diseases. It takes many years but in the end you are really sick!!! I think a better alternative to dieting and denying yourself , Spreading out your consumption and just having multiple smaller meals rather then three big ones which leave to much time in between were your left always hungry and snacking. The French do this and call it the petit repas.

Eat the same and exercise more,if you eat more than you will gain more,otherwise you would not be gaining body fat in the first place.Any excess turns to body fat.
