On March 22, 2011 a group of Waterford Kettering students kicked-off Waterford's "One Book" program for 2011, Paper Daughter by Jeanette Ingold.
The objectives of the Waterford One Book program are to promote lifelong love of reading, while fostering relationships between members of the Waterford Community. We have high hope that students who only read for school, will discover the enjoyment of reading, discussing, learning and exploring the same topics with other interested community members. The conversation among students, parents, teachers and staff promotes stronger relationships.
This year, the novel of choice is Jeanette Ingold's Paper Daughter. This novel can be found within our schools and online.
