I think its for 32 bit windows vista only. i tried jailbreaking my ipod touch 2g 2.2.1 on vista home premium 32 bit with quickfreedom accidentally without doing the compatability mode and my laptop can no longer find the operating system. Thanks for the advice Curtguven (:

I did that on my vista ultimate 64 and it still broke it. what it actually did was not load all my drivers at the start so i couldnt use anything. to fix that, at the start bfore my computer loaded windows, i hit f8 for boot options and chose the 1 that said load windows with digitally unsigned drivers and that made everything work for me again. hope this helps anyone having that problem.

it should be a ".ipsw" file...maybe the icon appears as a .zip file icon but as long as it has ipsw at the end of it then you're good

If u guys r wondering what it breaks it makes it so the mouse and key board not work and u must reinstall vista and all ur programs it happend to me. :(

im on windows vista but i see exactly what you see when you right click libusb and change the combatibility.. why dont i see it?

you in properties, it may be in a different tab, i will do this AGAIN in win 7 when i install it later (RC1 FTW) and i will have a look see as its no different from vista

Yeah, I installed while following your last video. No problems with Vista except having to plug my mouse and keyboard back in again during installation, but that was to be expected.
