  • FlorenceBallard was fantastic. Berry Gordy may have been a genius in the music business, but he really misfired when he promoted Diana Ross to the detriment of the Supremes. Diana certainly deserved a solo career, but if she and Berry had allowed the group to thrive as three equal young women, she wouldn't be so vilified today by Supremes fans. All three women could have been evolved into solo careers, and then he could have put his main interest behind Diana.

  • @daylamont" An average singer" ?!!!!!!! Her man !!! You don't even know what you are talking about. This girl was an excellent singer. She was able to sing everything : Listen to Pretty baby introduction, silent night and Holy night.. And then , you will be able to talk about her singing. I'm pretty sure that she could compete with aretha franklin if she hadn't had much unhapiness in her life !

  • this is a hot ass mess..........this girl was just an average singer

  • I love this song because Barbara Martin gives the background that real late 50's early 60s doowop sound. People who didn't own all their early stuff would never know this is them
