You may not want to discriminate people but by NOT letting a certain group of people do something (DEF DISCRIMINATION), you're discriminating. And if you wanna get into the aspect of children what does that show to our children, Does that show that if we don't like,then we can treat them lesser then us? And where do you get the information that "The nation will be better off if the children are raised in a setting with a male and a female" Has this been tested? No.

Although I am upset by his tough stance against gay marriage, I have to say that he is very respectful when talking about gay relationships in general (Compared to Gingrich, Santorum, etc). Mitt Romney, you're not getting my vote but I do respect you.

Mitt Romney is better than most candidates have been on the issue of whether the gays are "bad" or not. From this and other instances, I've found that he is more liberal mind than the others by a long shot. It's just that he has to pander to the Republican base.
What he said about abortion all those years ago was music to my ears. He stood for what his mother stood for. Now he is back peddling.
