Stamper battery, sovereign hill, Ballarat

We live in the country of New Zealand and travelled to Australia,then the state of Victoria, and toured around it .Sovereign hill is in the city of Ballarat has a famous period working gold mining town, this video was taken of the quartz crushing battery in operation, Every body in the town wears period clothes and its is a good place to visit

i would say its a damn good tourist attraction.Theres a musem over the road showing replica good nuggets and gold mining history. The people dress in period clothing and all the pubs and shops are as they were in the 1800s

This place, is it on a mining lease or is it a mueseam? Its incredable, the sound of the battery is music to my ears, I love it good work Id love to see something like this done over in WA.

ive seen lot's at the fitsroy mechanic can any of u belive how old that suburb is it was made when Austrailias first priminister came in 1810 anyways so is brunswich so old oh and 1 more thing what do you call that thing when he was making steel plates and that man past away ):
