  • It's Christmas day and Santa is nowhere to be found. No gifts again this year. Grandma's 84 with Alzheimer's and might be losing her apartment. Mom in the same position. I'm staying with mom because I just went through it. The promise of finding a piece of history like this every once in a while is one of the things that truely keep me pushing on. Thank you for sharing. Respect

  • Thats what its all about. I hope everything works out, man.

  • Instead of trying to get a deal or something we ran up on them like what's up with the real b-boy battles?" And you all know -- Darryl and Joe had to catch an airplane flight at a huge height. So the MC Aces had to settle for a MC Frosty without the Spoon.

  • In 1984, Acey and Mike tried to battle RUN-DMC at a Wendy's in Compton, or at least gaffle the driiiiive thru. "That was me and Acey in full b-boy gear, Kangols, brass name buckles and BVDs," laughs Mike, who had been too young to get on the mic at the Uncle Jamm parties. "We saw this big white Mercedes in the parking lot. Jam-Master Jay was on one of those big cell phones where you had to hold the battery.

  • wow I was born in 88

  • Wow! This is amazing. Thank you so much!

  • WOW!! Such good copy too!! AMAZING upload yo!! Never heard this EVER!! And not much has gotten by me over the years!!

  • How old were they back in 88? Young, Black, and intellegent...

  • First off... I actually buy albums and support the artists whose music seems to spark a want for change in my life instead of being a pirate (dont get me wrong tho because i used to be when i was in high school and didnt know how to get a hold of the material...but i have a job now and a car so that helps) ... and second... I read every little last bit of fine print inside of the album covers...
