2010 V6 Mustang Auto Hertz Rental 10-95

Rented a 2010 Auto v6 mustang for the week, honestly its not as terribly slow as i was thinking, this is coming from a guy who needs 500+ horsepower in everything, my daily is a b7 s4, and i also have a 2004 Mustang GT, that is stroked / forged, was a kenne bell car, now am in the process of converting to twin turbos, and shooting for 700~ at the tires. I give the v6 mustang some more respect after this, and also props to ford for really improving upon the 05-09 models, as the 2010 is built much much better, it still no way has the european "tightness" as my audi has, but it is gravitating away from that typical ford feel.

Just drove a rental '11 'stang from Hertz and it's a mixed bag. Off the line, not so quick and the engine bogged for some reason. Handling is nice, turning radius is insanely small. The car must have had the 2.73 axle, as the motor was only turning 2k at 82mph!! Got about 30 mpg on the freeway driving in CT, less when I got on it. On the highway, there is lots of pickup with the revs up and the 6-speed auto giving those revs up nicely. Interior is 100x better than the Camaro I tried first.

@smith61092 Yeah you are right about that. I do not drive everyday so I do not feel I am that great at driving a manual but this is my first car with manual transmission. it is fun though unless stuck in traffic at tolls/bridges...
