The beginning is taken from "Fun at the Fair" (another Kartune). This was just a mash-up of two cartoons, so no animators or storymen were credited.

2:57 to the rest of the cartoon is literarily just reused from Philharmaniacs, a 1953 Kartune. It isn't even retraced animation it is the EXACT sequence. Famous had REALLY started to pinch those pennies, but to be fair the giraffe playing to the conductor screaming ,"Shctop, shctop!" was animated by the legendary Johnny Gent.
