Yeah, Kodak payed out a hefty sum of cash to settle that issue. Polaroid had tremendous clout in those days regarding instant film technology. But you can see where Polaroid is today, barely hanging on. At least Kodak saw the writing on the wall and an end to regular film usage in the consumer market. By branching out into newer technologies they insured their success in the future. Today, Kodak only produces film for professional 35mm use and for the Motion Picture industry.
Is this that product they got sued over? If it is... then that's stupid. Assuming the image quality was decent this sounds way better than Polaroid's instant film.
