What exactly did Obama dismantle? I'd love to hear it.
But seeing as how hundreds of terrorists were tried in civilian courts under the guidance of the Bush administration, I think the system is good enough. If it isn't, then why bother even having it in place? Give everyone a military tribunal, that way we can get whatever intel our legal system can't seem to obtain.

Obama says the buck stops with him. Smart move... he knows that means he should be impeached for this incredible failure, but we can't impeach him because then Biden becomes President... followed by Pelosi.
No heads will role for so many mistakes. It wasn't a failure of technology, it was utterly a human failure. And Obama is the number one reason we don't have good national security, because he doesn't recognize the enemy.
