Simple circuit, four bit LED shifter, attempting for use in stepper motor controller. Speed can be varied with a different valued capacitor. Using 2 SN74LS74's as counters that shift, with data out lines as carry in-lines for next shift spot. A HD74LS04P to flip logic to test when first three bits are empty prepare a new HIGH bit to shift with SN74LS11N the three input and gate to position it.
