perfeitamente...: veja bem que o artigo fala em reprodução de pequenos trechos. Você não pode gravar a música inteira e pior, não há definição sobre o que são "pequenos trechos". Portanto,alguém pode se considerar lesado com a reprodução de 30 segundos ou de 3 segundos.

For me it´s the most interesting one. record labels = church in 1400´s. They will lose the power. VIVAAAA.
