BYODO IN TEMPLE HD "Waydes World Hawaii"

"CHILD FRIENDLY" We took a Meditating journey to the BYODO-IN Temple...Also known as "The Valley of the Temples". Need to get away from the world and step back in time? This is the place to do it...It's relaxing and calming on these beautiful temple grounds. This place is full of life and flowing streams of koi fish and a 20 foot tall golden buddha which sits at the center of the Temple. If you are looking to have a place to meditate...come here and fully engage yourself in peace and tranquility....Just watch yourself, there is sometimes a small old Japanese women that moves about these grounds who askes if you are taking pictures or shooting video to make money...this women knows when you have expensive equipment so watch for her...She will ask you for money...Simple brush her away and tell her to shoo...lol

Would like to make a request. I know Byobo in Temple have plans for some type of garden where the bamboo is located. There was a sign that said "Future Home of Sunra Garden Makai." Would you keep us updated on that future garden?

@mymemoriesphotos I sure will, in fact I went yesterday and they are building something there and they are also putting AC untis on the second floor of the Temple. Also I noticed a lot of bamboo structures being put up around the grounds. Things are changing here FO SURE!

just visited this temple last week. beautiful place. the bamboo was cool and ...YES we listened to the bamboo clunking on each other. very cool spent some time checking the place out instead of rushing through and taking pics like everyone else does.

We just visited the Temple on the 29th, while out on vacation from South Carolina. A local on the island that we were visiting took us out there. With all to do on the island, my "ye'a right" attitude about this not being on my bucket list quickly changed upon discovering her beauty. Truely paradise in paradise!
