    The lyrics concern a man who is insane with sex lust because he wants to shag a 13 year-old schoolgirl who clearly needs a good going over, but so far he's been able to resist the urge. Mind you, if she keeps on giving him the eye then its anyone's guess what will happen and frankly, who can blame him,etc Nice. Musically though, this is just a Fantastic Thing!
