The British Military style Double Indian Club Swinging Steve Angell .MP4

I am very much at the beginning of my club swinging journey. This was my first attempt at the inner double cross over swings, and the Inner alternate heart shaped swings. I hope you like the clips, i know the technique is not perfect, but as i progress, you will see the improvements. Is there any reason one couldn't do something similar to this with clubbells? I don't have wooden Indian clubs, but I do have those.

@psuliin No there is no reason at all! They may have a slighly different feel, but you could do these movements just as well with clubbells. I have clubbells as well and use them for these moves at times, i just like the feel of wooden clubs a bit more. Good luck with your training.

I got Nigel the Dom in Warwickshire  making mine .... world class clubs from British Oak brits make a good club ... its genetic
