I'd just like to add....i have seen poomsae done so often i cannot count but, one fundamental flaw seems so ever apparent in the majority of them. middle section punch....9 times out of ten it is executed aprox shoulder level or one fist lower than shoulder level...this is still too high...please please remember....your middle section punch should be in line with your solarplex...the top of your knuckles should be in line about 1/2 inch below your solar plex Black belts should know by now
their long stance in the end as well, their back legs were bent, they should be locked. and after the palm blocks they moved to fast between moments. thats just what i saw
lol, it does not matter how fast or slow you do the technique. As long as you show the technique well. In their case they did a horrible job with the side kicks, no power or definition in their kicks what so ever. Ofcourse its not their fault, its the person who taught them.
You are doing EXTENDED FORWARD STANCE in Korean its (APKOOBI) not a forward stance that in Korean is (APSEOGI)and as it says both kness not locked if you are going to put something on the web make sure its right so you do not miss lead the public
If you go to Halton Web Site theres the World Championships a Korean doing Koryo or the other videos on that site or go to ultimate taekwondo and you will find the rules for poomsae events and videos of koryo. oops this is the club thats on the video koryo vs koryo and if you should watch and read the rules its all there why its blatant cheating on this video and there a BTCB club (more) (less) (Reply) (Delete) (Block User) (Mark as Spam)
por lo que he podido ver en algunos videos en youtube cada persona tiene un estilo diferente de ejecutar la koryo
