There is always that pride in us vs them. But, please consider what if Scandinavia were united. What a power. It can be sermised that the fighting prowness of the Sweeds actually kept them small and weak. Great Britian united is strong. Individually Scotland, England, or Wales is weak. Budda says the middle way. It is possible that this pacifist sentiment might actually in the end create a country that is united, strong and diverse.

You may want to check your facts on the Danes being outnumbered...
