  • what song is it?

  • @TheNoobertron "Dante's Inferno" by Iced Earth.

  • Very cool. Might have to re-post on Atheist Asshole dot com.

  • @antonahill Thanks, and feel free to re-post if you like.

  • @TaylorX04 All righty, I will! How long did it take you to do the research and then produce?

  • @antonahill The research was a gradual process, a lot of it from memory over the years. But writing and composing the video took maybe 10 or 12 hours total.

  • Religion is always 100% cooler when it adds in fan fiction.

  • @falsehero2001 That was intentional. Satan is often represented by an inverted cross.

  • the music at the end just about made me jump out of my skin, wasn't expecting it.

  • Well if I wasn't awake throughout the video I certainly was when that song scared the shit out of me from how much I had to turn up the voice.

  • i think also that the "casting out of lucifer", lucifer being the romans' word for the planet the greeks called "venus" as well as being one of their gods, is symbolic of the jewish-christian god casting out the romans' pantheon of gods & usurping their place in the heavens after the romans decided to adopt christianity for what ever reason - probably for money (what with "tithing") and control. lucifer's "fall" was symbolic of ALL of the romans' gods being traded for the jewish-christian god.

  • @Nahktism HAIL FATHER SATAN!!!

  • This is a wonderful video. It has always seemed absurd to me that Christians give Satan so much power. Thanks for posting this... truly a treat for the mind.

  • @RisqueRooster I would also strongly recommend Bible Origns dot net and sapiensape channel on the evolution of both Satan and Yahweh. Appears the Hebrews were one of the first to start inverting things while also fusing roles together. It appears there is a relation between Mesopotamian polytheism and modern Hinduism, sort of like the wooly mammoth and the modern elephant. There are of course variations but well.. character limits forbid me to say more and it took me a long time to research.

  • Satan rules!

  • @mihaimoldo As for his demons , they`re typically thought of as evil spirits , some sects of Christianity consider them fallen angels while others consider them separate supernatural entities , in some cases such as on the TV Show " Supernatural " demons are depicted as corrupted human souls .

  • @mihaimoldo Satan literally means " Accuser " or " Adversary " in Hebrew . I consider HaSatan of Job and the New Testament Devil separate entities who just happen to operate under the same title . Either way , NT Satan`s just doing his job , however " evil " his methods might be . Just because Satan tempts people to sin doesn`t mean he approves of the sins contrary to Christian claims , he knows he`s going to Hell & is taking as many people with him as he can .
